This is the admin panel which gives the chief administrator full control and authority over the database. All the functions are listed on the left hand side under different headings. Just a click would take the administrator to the respective page. |
| View admin |
 |
This option helps chief admin keep track of
sub-admins. The sub-admins are viewed
under categories login, name and email. The edit option allows admin to edit the details like login, password, and other things of sub-admins. |

| Add new admin |
 |
In this section, the chief administrator could allot logins and passwords to sub-administrators, who would each be entitled to edit certain portions of the site. There could be as many number of sub-administrators as the chief-admin likes. |
| DD access user |
 |
This option helps the administrator download daily backup. The link is given on the page and after unzipping the file, the sql code could be opened. |

| Add keyscan staff |
 |
The administrator could add more staff in this section. he would assign each staff member a login and password. Name and email would also be assigned. |

| View Keyscan staff |
 |
In this section, the administrator would be able to see the complete staff, with their login, name, email. The administrator could edit the login, name, email and password of the staff. With the help of Check button, he can select the staff from the list. |

| Add company form |

The administrator can add Partner Company in this section. The company form would be as shown below and include fields as company name, address, city, state, phone1, phone2, fax and zip code. Once the administrator fills the form, he would hit the submit button. |

| View Company |

All the companies would be displayed here under categories company name, add by and edit. The edit tool would enable the administrator to make changes to the details earlier added. Check button offer flexibility to select companies. A delete button would |
enable the administrator to remove unwanted companies from the list. ‘Previous’ and ‘Next’ buttons enable the administrator to navigate up and down the companies list on a page by page basis. |

| Add partner staff |

Adding partner staff is done in the ad partner staff section in Partner Staff area of the administrator. The staff could be added on the basis of ‘select dealer name’ (to be selected from drop down list), user type (to be selected from drop down list), login, password, |
name and email.There is a button submit this form at the bottom of the page. |

The administrator can view the partner staff in this section. The staff would be displayed under categories login, name, company name, type and edit. The edit button would enable the administrator to make amendss in the staff details. Check button would |
enable administrator to make a selection from the list. The delete button enables him to remove unwanted and undesired staff from the list, while navigation buttons (‘Previous’ and ‘Next’) enables for smooth navigation. |

| Add user |

The administrator would select company name (from dropdown list), user type (from down list) and assign login, password to the new user while taking inputs like email, address, city, phone1 and alternate calling number phone 2. There’s a submit button at last. |

The admin is empowered to view all the users of the system. Login, email, and type of admin are displayed with edit facility for each. There is a check box in front of each user which would help selecting from the list. Navigation is easy and simple with the help of |
‘Previous’and Nnext’ buttons at the bottom of the page. There is a delete button also for deleting unnecessary users from the page. |

In this section, the administrator can display any message to the visitor under a title selected by him. The default title setting is Integration, Optional modules, Keyscan news, Enterprise software updates, Testimonial submission, Message from keyscan, There |
| is a drop-down list in the page from the admin can select the message he want to display. Also, there is a comprehensive tool kit just above the text box, which enables the admin to edit, or format and customize the message as per his liking as he can do on the MSword page. For uploading an image, there’s a browse and upload button at the bottom of the page. |

The admin is empowered in this section to add text under the following (default) titles Why access control, Shopping for access control, About keyscan enterprise, Keyscan enterprise access control, Keyscan message and Certified keyscan enterprise partner.For uploading |
an image, there are Browse and Upload buttons at bottom of the page |
| Add welcome text |
 |
You can add welcome text for various users like Customer_user, Prospect_user and Dealer. One can select image using the Browse button given at the bottom or pasting the URL of the address of the image. And just click the Update button to save changes. |

| Pages accessed |

Which pages have been accessed by users or sub-admins would be displayed in this section. |
| Users logging in |
 |
This feature helps the admin keep track of the top users, who are listed in descending order in terms of their visits. Their user-type is displayed just in front of their user-name while the partner company to which they belong is shown next to it. There is an Export to Excel |
button on the top right of the table, which would enable the admin to turn to excel sheet with the data to make corrections or additions. |

Files uploaded by the admins could be seen under categories filename, date of upload, file size, username, partner company etc. |
| Total users |
 |
The admin can see total users under section Customer and Partner Company. Under the Customer section, he could see them under categories user name and user type. Under the partner company, he would know about the name of the company the user belongs to. |

| End user pages |
 |
Here, the user would be asked to select the partner company he belongs. Then the staff, that would be given access. Once the system verifies the identity, it allows access details.
Similarly for sections Guest pages, Default Partner Pages and Exclusive Partner Pages. |
